Design / Build
Pre-construction planning is critical to the successful completion of any project. From the onset, we will strive to clarify your goals through the design process. Our designers draw upon many years of experience to help our customers turn their vision into a set of working blueprints. From concept to completion, we will be there helping you to determine which materials and products will best meet your needs both in function and style. In doing so, we attempt to maximize the homeowner's original vision and enjoyment of their new space.

As a design/build company we are able to streamline the construction process by overseeing both the design and construction. Typically this begins with an initial meeting to access the scope of the project. Afterwards assuming there are no obvious design conflicts and the project is a good match for our company, a Design Services contract is prepared which enables us to begin the design process in earnest. Currently, we charge $2.00 per square foot of added space and 1.00 per square foot of remodeled space.

After reviewing the preliminary drawings and making any necessary revisions, we proceed to the final drawings which include foundation plans, floor plans, elevation drawings, and any section details necessary. After the final drawings are signed off and approved, the Construction Proposal including the Project Estimate are provided.
